What we store

Account email, workspace membership, conversations you hold through the widget, and visitor attributes you choose to send (name, email, custom key-values). We store IP and user agent for security audit purposes on sessions.

Isolation

Every workspace is isolated via Postgres row-level security. One customer's data is never readable by another workspace, including by support tooling.

Retention

Conversations are retained until you delete them. Audit entries are append-only and retained for the life of the workspace.

Your rights

Export or delete your workspace data at any time by contacting privacy@example.com. We action verified requests within 30 days.
